Discovery Call
15-minutes | Free
A free 15-minute consultation to understand your unique health concerns and goals. We’ll discuss how I can support your journey to better health, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions to see if my services are the right fit for you
Initial Consultation
75-minutes | $260
A full delve into your unique health history, nutrition and lifestyle preferences and specific goals. This thorough assessment allows us to create your unique plan tailored to your needs, ensuring a sustainable and realistic path towards living your healthiest happiest self. We will also discuss during this consultation any functional or blood testing requirements if needed (cost additional).
Follow up Consultation
45-minutes | $160
These sessions are recommended 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation. Our follow up consultations are designed to support you in maintaining and enhancing positive changes on your wellness journey, where we will check in and fine-tune your personalised plan, address any challenges and go over any functional testing or blood test results to continue your journey on feeling your best self.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a 50% fee of the consultation cost. Cancellations and no-shows greatly impact my small business and our ability to support other clients. We appreciate your understanding of this policy
